Base fee:
  • Please complete the registration form to detail the attendees and the type of space you are requesting.

    One vehicle or camping unit with each site registration. No more than 6 people and/or 2 vehicles allowed per site. Extra vehicle
    parking is $8.00 per site. Vehicle license plate numbers are not required.

Friday, August 8:

  • 2:00 p.m. Campsite Check-in or as campsites become available (Click here for map of the campground).
  • 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Potluck/Cooking Contest - Adult (Main Dish and Salad) and Children (Dessert - 1st and 2nd place)

Saturday, August 9

  • 7:00 a.m. Morning Coffee
  • 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast Provided by the OGWA Picnic Committee
  • 9:30 a.m. - Annual Horseshoe Tournament - near the volleyball net
  • 10:00 a.m. - Noon - Children’s Games & Activities (Piñata & Snow Cones)
  • 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Family Fun Time
  • 5:30 p.m. - Oysters on the BBQ
  • 6:30 p.m. - “Mardi Gras” Themed Dinner
  • 7:30 p.m. - Bingo - with lots of great prizes!
  • 8:30 p.m. - Cookies & Ice Cream

Sunday, August 10

  • 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Morning Coffee and Breakfast Leftovers
  • 10:00 a.m. - Return picnic tables to campsites - need strong backs!
  • 12:00 p.m. - Campsite Check-out
